First, a quick apology as I promised to share a new health update in the last input. I decided to postpone it briefly in favour of today (March 8th). It is the International Women’s Day, which is “a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.” (www.internationalwomensday.com).
This is a day which I feel should be solely focused on the topic of respect. Indeed, all the sisters of the world who strive on the path to reach Jannah deserve that. In the end, we all need to remember that it’s not about what you are but about who you are. How the gifts and talents we are given are used. Character always comes first.
Surah At-Tawba 9:71-72
The Believers, men and women, are protectors one of another: they enjoin what is just, and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers, practise regular charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power, Wise.
Allah hath promised to Believers, men and women, gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein, and beautiful mansions in gardens of everlasting bliss. But the greatest bliss is the good pleasure of Allah: that is the supreme felicity.

Indeed, around this same time last year, I posted inputs dealing with some amazing achievments by muslim women and sisters. I strongly advise you to check those inputs out, (even if you have read them before). They are definitely worth it. Here is the first one. And here is the second one.
Above all else, whoever we are in this dunya, and in whatever situation we find ourselves in, we can benefit from remembering the following words…
Surah Al-Anaam 6:165
It is He Who hath made you (His) agents, inheritors of the earth: He hath raised you in ranks, some above others: that He may try you in the gifts He hath given you: for thy Lord is quick in punishment: yet He is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
So I will share the promised update in the coming days and after that we will continue to explore the questions, “how can we start to notice what makes each person unique? How can that help us on our path to Jannah?” Be sure to check back for that. The biggest respect to all muslim sisters out there. May Allah protect, guide and support you on your path.
The best of times to you all inshallah.
Peace, happiness, and stay faithful.
